We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Plumber to support the operation and maintenance of a large commercial facility in Northern VA, (Fairfax).

Requirements

Journeyman License
EPA 608 (Universal CFC)

Nice To Haves

Commercial plumbing experience (facility or similar environment).
Hands-on experience with Pro-Press, PVC, copper, and cast-iron repair.
Ability to inspect, identify leaks/clogs, and troubleshoot plumbing systems.
Experience operating a K-50 snake (or equivalent).
Experience using a drain camera for line inspection.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems including sinks, toilets/commodes, and associated piping.
Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, and performance issues; troubleshoot to root cause.
Perform piping repairs using Pro-Press, PVC, copper, and cast iron repair methods.
Operate drain cleaning equipment including a K-50 (or equivalent) snake.
Operate a plumbing camera for drain inspections and support accurate diagnosis and repair planning.
