About The Position

Our Plumber will support our various commercial projects by undertaking a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from installing pipes and HVAC systems to fixing leakages while working under the jobsite Superintendent. The Plumber should focus on working under the FourSeasons Core Values by continuously operating proactively with integrity, accountability, and agility; in a client-focused and team-oriented manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of an apprenticeship with a qualified plumber and 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience.
  • Valid plumbing license.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve piping and plumbing issues on a commercial scale.
  • Working knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work.
  • Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Working familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Study and analyze blueprints and floor plans to understand the plumbing system and water supply system layout.
  • Navigate the assembly and installation of pipes and tubes without interfering with existing infrastructure and other subcontractors.
  • Measure, cut, and bend pipe material for installation and repairs.
  • Assemble valves, fittings, tubes, and water system appliances.
  • Install commercial and light industrial building water systems.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues relating to water supply lines.
  • Maintain current knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work.
  • Perform job duties on a construction site safely and efficiently.
  • Identify and solve problems that might impede the completion of work within budgeted time.
  • Work with install team to complete installations of ductwork, HVAC equipment, and fittings.
