About The Position
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Plumber for their Big Flats, NY location servicing the Twin Tiers region. The ideal candidate will already have Plumbing and/or HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 3 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

- Problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Plumbing and/or HVAC work experience
Responsibilities
- Perform repair and installation of plumbing fixtures, faucets, liners, and water heaters.
- Perform emergency plumbing services, such as fixing leaks and burst/frozen pipes
- Performing plumbing related services to complement HVAC installations
- Diagnose and repair issues related to system performance or failure
- Continued communication with dispatch, management, and other relevant teams
- Ensure great client service by educating and providing excellent customer service to clients in the field
