Requirements
- Clean driving record.
- Current driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman or city plumbing license preferred.
- Back flow preventer certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Repairs and maintains all plumbing, drains, piped systems, pumps and valves.
- Installs some new plumbing and fixtures during minor renovations.
- Monitors and verifies work performed by contracted plumbers/mechanical contractors.
- Works independently.
