Requirements
- Apprentice Level 3 or greater.
- Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, troubleshooting, and water heaters (tanks, tankless's and boilers).
- Proven experience in diagnosing & servicing residential units.
- A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards.
- Strong customer service skills and good communication skills.
- An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude.
- A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Safety conscious with a willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset.
- Drains experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.
- Complete general and specific plumbing inspections.
- Promote Right Time products and services on every call.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Participate in training for professional growth and development.
- Work efficiently and effectively independently and cooperatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work, and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide a five-star experience on every call or resolve issues before leaving the customer's home.
- Request online reviews from customers.
- Contribute to high standards of health and safety.
- Mentor apprentices to become well-rounded plumbers.
