In this role, you will work side-by-side with experienced Licensed Plumbers, gaining hands-on experience in residential service, repair, and installation. We provide the mentorship, paid training, and clear career pathway you need to earn your plumbing license and build a lifelong career.

Requirements

A strong desire to learn the plumbing trade, take direction well, and work hard.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight spaces like crawlspaces or attics.
Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Assist Lead Plumbers: Help with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
Tool & Material Management: Load and unload trucks, carry equipment, and ensure the Lead Plumber has the necessary tools for each job.
Job Site Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area before, during, and after service calls.
Customer Interaction: Greet homeowners politely, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols, local plumbing codes, and instruction from senior team members.
