About The Position
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Plumber. This person will perform skilled work related to replacement, corrective, preventive maintenance, repairs, restorations and installation of mechanical equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and related systems.
Requirements
- Four years of practical experience in the mechanical and plumbing profession related to plumbing and HVAC.
- Valid State of New Hampshire Master Plumbing License
- State of New Hampshire Fuel Gas Fitters License with STN/STP endorsement
- A Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled work related to replacement, corrective, preventive maintenance, repairs, restorations and installation of mechanical equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and related systems.
