PLT Quality Assurance Supervisor
About The Position
The PLT Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for Quality Assurance inspection operations in the plant. This role ensures QM inspection policies and procedures are followed, manages and directs QA inspection activities, and accepts or rejects products in accordance with QMD. The supervisor will monitor and make quality improvements within budgetary guidelines, perform other duties as directed by the QA Manager, and issue monthly reports on plant performance regarding key quality indicators. Additionally, the role ensures all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored. Requirements
- Associate's Degree or 5 years experience required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and make quality improvements within budgetary guidelines
- Perform other duties as directed by the QA Manager.
- Issue monthly report based on how the plant is performing with regards to the key quality indicators.
- Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
