About The Position

The Process Engineering Technician will ensure that processes related to CM management are evaluated, analysis conducted, and results reported. This role involves following up on focus compounds that are showing higher-than-expected generation, checking sequences, and ensuring follow-up with operators for high-CM risk compounds. The technician will collect and record data, perform actions as directed by a supervisor, and audit mixers running CM (consumption according to recipe) to ensure weight being thrown on the belt is in relation to CM consumption as expected. Responsibilities also include bulk area management, such as directing truckers to make skids for critical compounds accessible and moving critical CM compounds to the second floor. The technician will coordinate with CM truckers in the mixing room and work closely with Sequencing and Mixing supervision to ensure FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) of CM as much as possible for production runs. Input will be gathered from Cycle counters where appropriate, and the age of CM in front of the mixer will be checked to ensure consumption of old material. Documentation of shift-handover, including critical topics per shift, is also required. The role also emphasizes ensuring all ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
