Requirements

Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues.

Ability to safely lift and handle tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed tire inspections to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns.
Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment and proper installation procedures.
Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns and provide professional recommendations.
Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels.
Conduct oil changes on passenger vehicles.
Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and prevent errors.
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer service timelines.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments.
