Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of tire types, sizes, specifications, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed tire inspections to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns.
  • Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment and proper installation procedures.
  • Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns and provide professional recommendations.
  • Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels.
  • Conduct oil changes on passenger vehicles.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and prevent errors.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer service timelines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments.
