About The Position

We are hiring Plow Truck Operators for seasonal work. This role involves operating snow plow trucks, with or without salters, on commercial or municipal routes. The operator will respond quickly to snow and ice events, follow designated plow routes, and adhere to safety procedures. Responsibilities include clearing snow from parking lots, private roads, driveways, or city streets, and communicating with dispatch and site supervisors in real time. This is a fast-paced, high-energy work environment with opportunities for full-time positions. Requirements

Valid Chauffeurs driver’s license
Previous snow plowing or large vehicle experience
Ability to work flexible hours during snow events (overnight, weekends, holidays)
Reliable, tough, and ready to roll in any weather
Safety-first mindset and attention to detail
