PLM Specialist

VeevHayward, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Veev is leading the transformation of the construction industry with an innovative approach to modular home construction. Veev’s prefabricated closed-panel systems allow homes to be assembled efficiently on-site while delivering a more sustainable and higher-quality final product than traditional construction. As a new subsidiary of Lennar, Veev leverages the strength and scale of its parent company while maintaining the speed and disruptive approach of its roots as a Silicon Valley-based startup. Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multidisciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction. The Specialist, PLM will play a critical role in ensuring efficient product data management, regulatory compliance, and streamlined change control processes. Your expertise in Arena PLM, BOM structuring, and engineering change management will enable smooth collaboration between Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams. This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in operationally complex environments and take pride in driving clarity and execution across teams. The Role As a Specialist, PLM, you will oversee PLM system administration (Arena), manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs), and ensure compliance with configuration control and revision tracking standards.
