The Product Line Manager (PLM), Men’s Train Apparel, plays a central role in building and managing seasonal product assortments that deliver against athlete needs, commercial goals, and marketplace opportunities. This role owns key aspects of the product creation process from seasonal briefing through commercialization, balancing consumer insight, product execution, innovation integration, and business performance. The PLM partners cross-functionally with Design, Development, Consumer Merchandising, Marketing, Regional, and Supply Chain teams to create product stories and assortments that are commercially relevant, operationally executable, and grounded in strong product truth. Success in this role requires strong product instincts, analytical thinking, operational rigor, consumer curiosity, and the ability to move with pace while driving decision-ready work across multiple workstreams.
