About The Position

Ford Motor Company is seeking a hands-on, highly technical people leader to own 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) customization, development, platform stability, and high-level escalation support. The role leads 3DX developers, platform engineers, and release engineers, and connects Ford business and engineering stakeholders with hosting and infrastructure teams and Dassault Systèmes. The role also oversees performance tuning, upgrade readiness, change management, and automation. The manager leads and develops the technical team, plans capacity and resource assignments, builds knowledge across support tiers, and provides technical leadership and evidence for audits. The role works with systems and tools including 3DEXPERIENCE components, Jira, ServiceNow, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, databases, and diagnostic utilities.
