About The Position

Capgemini Engineering is hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate, and senior bands to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions, and integrations for a large, complex PLM modernization program for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM. The role is part of a blended onshore–offshore team and an AI-powered software factory. It is a hybrid role in Seattle/Bellevue, Washington, with 10–30% travel possibly required. Developers design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC) to support complex business and engineering requirements. They also build AI-assisted, agent-ready services and APIs; implement integrations and migration utilities to technical design; and write documented, testable code. The role includes unit testing and support for performance and security validation within CI/CD. Team members work to shared standards across a distributed team; senior-band developers own complex components and mentor others. The base compensation range for the posted location is $73,150–$174,000. Actual compensation depends on factors including location, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity.
