Capgemini is hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate and senior bands to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions and integrations on a large, complex PLM modernization for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM, within a blended onshore–offshore team and an AI-Powered software factory.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of experience in build Teamcenter customizations and extensions (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace / AWC).
  • Solid programming (Java / C++ / web) and testing discipline.
  • Implement integrations and migration utilities to technical design.

Nice To Haves

  • Owns complex extensions and agent-ready services; mentors; deep Teamcenter.
  • Use AI-assisted development (AI pair-programming, test generation) and build agent-ready services / APIs where specified.
  • Preferred: Siemens Teamcenter developer certification; REST /integration development; Angular for AWC.
  • Aerospace & Defense or regulated-industry background.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC) to support complex business and engineering requirements.
  • Build and enhance AI-assisted, agent-ready services and APIs.
  • Write testable, documented code; unit-test and support performance / security validation within CI/CD.
  • Work within the distributed onshore–offshore team to shared standards; senior band owns complex components and mentors.
