About The Position

This role involves providing development and testing support for Agile PLM in connection with project requests. The PLM Analyst will be responsible for creating, driving, and managing engineering change orders, manufacturer change orders, deviations, and other configuration management activities. This includes researching product change impact to ensure issue resolution prior to document finalization. Additionally, the role supports the creation of part numbers, structuring of Bills of Materials (BOMs), and managing their readiness for all build phases and product life cycles, ensuring accuracy against approved manufacturer and vendor lists, specifications, and other required documentation. The PLM Analyst will also be responsible for creating content for the Agile PLM database, including item master data, BOM configurations, AML, APL, change requests, change orders, and deviation objects.

Responsibilities

  • Providing development and testing support for Agile PLM in connection with Wing project requests.
  • Creating, driving, and managing engineering change orders, manufacturer change orders, deviations, and other configuration management activities requested by Wing.
  • Researching product change impact to ensure issue resolution prior to document finalization.
  • Supporting the creation of off-the-shelf and custom part numbers, structuring BOM, and managing their readiness for all build phases and product life cycles, adhering to Wing’s universal process notation document control standards.
  • Ensuring accuracy of BOM with respect to approved manufacturer list (“AML”) and approved vendor list (“APL”) information, including manufacturer part numbers, specifications, Restriction of Hazardous Substances certificates, and other applicable reports or records designated by Wing.
  • Confirming with Wing that the BOM, specifications and related information is accurate before entering into Agile.
  • Creating content for the Agile PLM database, including item master data, BOM configurations, AML, APL, change requests, change orders, and deviation objects.
