About The Position

This is a remote 1099 independent-contractor opportunity supporting nonprofit fundraising campaigns as a Donation Processor or Pledge Drive Specialist. Specialists handle inbound calls from donors who voluntarily contact active campaigns to make a donation or pledge. The role does not involve outbound calls, cold-calling, solicitation, lead generation, or selling. Contractors follow approved scripts, record and confirm donor and transaction information accurately, navigate required computer systems, and protect confidential donor information. They must meet quality, compliance, and campaign performance standards and arrive on time for accepted servicing intervals. Certification is required before servicing. Campaigns and available intervals may change, and state, experience, equipment, screening, and program restrictions may apply. Servicing opportunities may be available across a 24/7 operating schedule. Contractors choose from available servicing intervals and are responsible for managing and honoring their selected schedules. The role requires a quiet, dedicated workspace and specified Windows computer, headset, and wired internet equipment; dual monitors are recommended. No equipment purchase is required to submit the initial application.
