About The Position
The PLC Controls Engineer develops and programs multi-station assembly and test systems. The role configures PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems; applies motion-control techniques and solutions; uses PanelView Plus and PanelBuilder32 platforms; and integrates networking and communication protocols. The position requires willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of mechatronic systems and components.
- Mechanical aptitude and a dedicated work ethic.
- Proficiency in Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000.
- Familiarity with Ethernet/IP networking.
- Understanding of step and state logic.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SIEMENS platforms.
- Background in powertrain systems.
- Fanuc and ABB robot programming experience.
