About The Position
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Players Club Stand Attendants to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Join our culinary team if you are ready to coordinate multiple orders on demand and be the backbone of our fast-paced kitchen, preparing the foundation for our guests’ extraordinary dining experiences. Delaware North is the food, beverage, and retail provider at Little Caesars Arena. The 20,000-seat venue opened in 2017 and is home of the NHL's Detroit Red Wings and the NBA's Detroit Pistons. We provide a full accompaniment of services, including concessions and premium dining services in a variety of innovative club areas, loge boxes, and suites.
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and follow instructions
- Capacity to use kitchen tools safely, including knives and small equipment ware
Responsibilities
- Prepare food to specifications before and during unit operations, complying with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures, and label, date and wrap food products in accordance with ServSafe procedures
- Communicate with chef for any instructions or training
- Uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations and follow all safety, security and kitchen procedures
- Maintains food, utensils and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory in accordance with guidelines
