About The Position

Players Club Representatives (PC Reps) are responsible for managing the Players Club database, which involves entering data into the ACSC computer program to create new accounts, updating existing accounts, and addressing guest inquiries about their accounts, such as point balances and promotional entries. PC Reps must understand and communicate the benefits of the Players Club, build relationships with frequent guests, identify program abusers, and notify management. They need to possess expert knowledge of the facility, including all promotions, offers, and events, and communicate this information accurately to guests. The role also involves actively seeking new members, assisting with and monitoring promotions like slot tournaments and giveaways, staffing the Box Office for events, serving as ushers, working Will Call, and staffing the Catch a Rising Star ticket booth. Additionally, PC Reps may assist with the Call Center for Player Development, making calls and offering/reserving gifts, and greet bus tours if required. They are responsible for maintaining contact with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and informing management of any issues affecting booth operations. All transactions must be completed accurately and efficiently, with a focus on exceptional guest service. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to enter data into the ACSC computer program.
  • Ability to update and/or make necessary corrections to existing Players Club accounts.
  • Ability to answer guest inquiries related to their Players Club account.
  • Understanding of the benefits and privileges of the Players Club.
  • Ability to recognize and build relationships with frequent guests.
  • Ability to recognize abusers of the program and notify Management.
  • Ability to answer clearly and understand all guest questions.
  • Expert knowledge of the facility, including all promotions, offers, and events.
  • Ability to accurately communicate information to guests.
  • Ability to actively seek out new Players Club members.
  • Ability to assist with, staff, and monitor promotions.
  • Ability to assist with events by staffing the Box Office, serving as ushers, and working a Will Call table.
  • Ability to staff Catch a Rising Star ticket booth.
  • Ability to assist with working the Call Center under Player Development.
  • Ability to assist with Bus Tour greeting if required.
  • Ability to maintain contact with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to inform management of all issues that may affect the smooth operations of the booths.
  • Ability to complete all transactions accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into the ACSC computer program to create new Players Club accounts.

  • Actively seek out new Players Club members for card acquisition, utilization, and email acquisition.
  • Assist with, staff, and monitor promotions such as slot tournaments, giveaways, and award prizes.
  • Assist with events by staffing the Box Office, serving as ushers for concerts and other events, and working a Will Call table giving out complimentary tickets.
  • Staff Catch a Rising Star ticket booth on show nights.
  • Assist with working the Call Center under Player Development; making calls and offering/reserving gifts/offers.
  • Assist with Bus Tour greeting if required.
  • Maintain contact with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Inform management of all issues that may affect the smooth operations of the booths.
  • Complete all transactions accurately and in a timely fashion while paying careful attention to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
