The Players Club Representative is responsible for assisting Players Club card members and greeting Bus Marketing patrons, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. This role involves promoting positive guest, employee and public relations, ensuring quality and consistency of services, and adhering to established call scripts and service standards. The representative will enroll patrons, assist with PIN numbers, and administer/apply approved comps. They must be proficient in using the ACSC player tracking system, handle multiple tasks, and maintain knowledge of property, hotel, events, and promotions. The position also includes assisting in training new hires and other assigned projects.
