About The Position

The Players Club Representative performs all applicable transactions and serves as Guest contact. The Team Member may be required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role involves performing verifications on loose and bundled money, coin transactions, and check cashing. It also includes processing jackpots, cashing checks, handling cash advances, and redeeming valid gaming tickets for patrons. The representative must safeguard company assets, adhere to all player services policies and procedures, including Internal Control Policies and Procedures, state regulations, Bank Securities Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations, and the company’s Responsible Gaming Plan. Maintaining and being accountable for all funds entrusted on an assigned shift is crucial. The role requires monitoring for fraud, forged/counterfeit currency and/or tickets, balancing all funds, and preparing reconciliation reports. Ensuring cash inventory and keys are secured, identifying and gathering information on valuable guests, and executing guest loyalty programs are key responsibilities. The representative will also provide services to respond to guest requirements, accurately perform data entry for Players Club memberships, and report/update Player accounts using the Player tracking database. A thorough knowledge of special events, promotions, advertising campaigns, and community events is necessary. The role demands superior people skills, a mature presence, and confidence, while following all standard operating procedures and cash handling procedures. Maintaining an orderly workstation and performing duties related to stocking inventory are also part of the job. The representative will utilize the promotion system for reprinting guest promotional materials and may need to process OTB transactions and taxable wins. Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and cash management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must obtain and maintain valid Virginia Racing Commission License.

Responsibilities
