About The Position
Players Club Representative Do you have a passion for customer service? Tioga Downs is looking for Players Club Representatives to to provide top-notch customer service for our guests.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a working knowledge of the Company’s property, as well as special events on and near property, in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible.
- Responds to guests’ complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly.
- Possesses a working knowledge of area, package plans, special features, hours of operation and all outlets of the Players Club.
- Provide information to guests about club program, promotions and events for multiple properties.
- Provide information to guests about racing, food operations, and project for multiple properties
