About The Position

A Players Club Representative serves as the primary point of contact for both the Players Club and gift shop, delivering excellent guest service while promoting the Connections Club Card and supporting retail operations. This role is responsible for enrolling new members, creating and maintaining player accounts, scanning IDs, taking photos, printing or reprinting club cards, and explaining membership benefits, rewards, and promotions. Representatives actively engage guests on the casino floor, including identifying and enrolling high-value players, while keeping customers informed about current and upcoming promotions and casino events. They also support gift shop operations by processing merchandise sales through a point-of-sale system, maintaining balanced cash drawers, verifying identification, assisting guests with merchandise selection, restocking inventory, organizing displays, distributing promotional items, and supporting event setup, guest check-ins, and prize fulfillment. The position requires maintaining knowledge of casino games, promotions, marketing activities, and property amenities while adhering to all Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) policies, procedures, core values, confidentiality requirements, and customer service standards. Employees are expected to act as role models, work collaboratively with team members, maintain professionalism and reliability, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office equipment.
  • Experience using systems including Kronos, Paramount, and OASIS.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and transfer weights ranging from 1 to over 50 pounds.
  • Continuous reading, writing, and data interpretation.
  • Regular problem-solving, planning, organization, and decision-making responsibilities.
  • No supervisory duties.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license through the Pueblo of Laguna Gaming Control Board.
  • Compliance with Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act certification requirements.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
  • Consistently report to work on time and prepared to perform all job duties.
