Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior customer service experience necessary.
Excellent verbal communication skills required.
Role involves discussing promotions with customers.
Proficiency in multitasking.
Ability to type and talk simultaneously while assisting customers.
Strong computer skills essential.
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills are a definite plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee the issuance of players cards, actively promoting our program while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies using the Synkros system.
Play a key part in executing casino promotions, staying updated on events and property information.
Maintain the integrity of our database through precise data entry.
Uphold security protocols to protect the company, employees, and guests.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.
May be assigned other duties as required to support operations.
