Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior customer service experience necessary.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills required.
  • Role involves discussing promotions with customers.
  • Proficiency in multitasking.
  • Ability to type and talk simultaneously while assisting customers.
  • Strong computer skills essential.
  • Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a definite plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the issuance of players cards, actively promoting our program while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies using the Synkros system.
  • Play a key part in executing casino promotions, staying updated on events and property information.
  • Maintain the integrity of our database through precise data entry.
  • Uphold security protocols to protect the company, employees, and guests.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.
  • May be assigned other duties as required to support operations.
