About The Position

Explains and promotes the company player's club. Enrolls new members and assists existing members with player's club transactions. Creates and ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment. Ensures all contact with guests is courteous, informative, and thorough. Maintains knowledge of all pertinent information regarding the slot club.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be outgoing and have the ability to convince guests to participate in the player's club program.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software applications (LMS hotel system and Oasis slot and casino system).
• Must be able to type 25-words per minute.
• Position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels.
• Must work calmly and be able to grasp change quickly.
• Must be able to stand and talk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 10-20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Pervious guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes player's club program.
• Encourages and enrolls new members into the program.
• Assists existing members with players club transactions.
• Completes appropriate paperwork.
• Explains the Ticket-in/Ticket-out Redemption process
• Identifies and resolves guest concerns.
• Ensures that departmental paperwork is accurate and maintained on a daily basis.
• Responsible for stocking gift inventory and maintaining a neat and orderly public and storeroom area.
• Assists with Free Pull program when necessary
• Provides assistance with special events.
• Other duties as assigned.
