About The Position

This role focuses on providing a range of services to VIP guests, including evaluating their play, answering promotional questions, booking hotel reservations, and selling an experience through telephone calls. The coordinator will also assist in assembling gifts and baskets for hosted guests and making cold calls to potential guests. A key aspect of the role involves being on the floor, interacting with and engaging guests, and assisting the Player Development Manager with various tasks to meet business needs. The position requires flexibility with work schedules, including nights and weekends, as schedules are subject to change.

Requirements

  • GED or high school diploma.
  • Knowledge of IGT/Patron System
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Knowledge of Player Development Software
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a liquor license with the state of Oklahoma.
  • Ability to maneuver in a casino/ office /outdoor environment.
  • Standing, sitting, walking for long periods of time, moving/lifting up to 50-lbs; climbing, stooping, bending, crawling, kneeling, etc.
  • Full range of physical mobility and manual dexterity required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to work well with team members and other departments to maintain excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in languages other than English is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of service to VIP guests to include non-hosted if applicable, evaluation of play, answering promotional questions, booking hotel reservations, and selling an experience through telephone calls.
  • Help assembly gifts and baskets to be placed in hotel rooms for hosted guests.
  • Make a cold call to guests on an assigned task list.
  • Take comp requests and book any reservations from off duty Hosts.
  • Be on the floor interacting and engaging with guests.
  • Assist the PD Manager with any and all tasks that may be needed to meet business needs.
  • Work nights and weekends.
