About The Position
Responsible for all activity of the Play and Learn area. Implementing disciplinary procedures, staff morale, daily shift reports, and communication of new information to staff as well as communicating with parents/ members.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum of High School Education
- Able to practice professionalism, displaying confidentiality while learning, following, and enforcing, local Y and national guidelines related to internal policy
- Experience in working with school-age children or youth programs
Nice To Haves
- Formal training in Early Education or Child Development preferred
