Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist guests with reservations, seating, and special requests. Provide detailed information about the menu, specials, and promotions. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Coordinate with management and service staff to ensure smooth guest service. Upsell menu items and promote loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented
