About The Position
The Platinum Host is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with reservations and seating, providing menu information, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. This role involves coordinating with staff, addressing guest inquiries, and upselling menu items and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented

- Previous experience in a hospitality or sales role is preferred.
Responsibilities
