About The Position
This position reports to the Operations Manager and is an onsite role in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The work schedule involves 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with the possibility of overtime as needed to meet customer demand. The role requires the ability to safely operate a variety of similar machines, adapt to changing priorities and volumes, meet production standards, identify and propose solutions for machine deficiencies, and perform daily preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience / training or combination
- Able to read and comprehend safety rules, operating/maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals
- Able to present information to individuals/groups/clients by reports or correspondence
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, use fractions, decimals, compute rate, ratio, and percent into bar graphs
- Candidates must have a work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the U.S.
