Requirements
- Experience supporting Cisco products, services, subscriptions, renewals, or channel partner programs.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, quoting, order management, or customer support processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
- Customer-first mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Associate degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in sales support, operations, customer service, vendor support, order management, or related functions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working within technology distribution, IT sales, channel sales, or vendor operations.
- Knowledge of Cisco licensing, subscriptions, Cisco programs, or partner ecosystem.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or quoting systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reporting and data analysis.
- Experience supporting technology vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, HPE, Dell, or related IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support Ingram Micro's Cisco business by managing quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries.
- Review and process sales orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Partner closely with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Cisco representatives to meet customer needs.
- Prepare product, software, subscription, and licensing quotes for customers and channel partners.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues impacting fulfillment or delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze account activity, sales data, and market trends to provide meaningful business insights.
- Manage lead and order activities within assigned territories or account segments.
- Identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Participate in vendor promotions, programs, and initiatives that drive Cisco business growth.
