About The Position

This role is responsible for improving how Peak Management uses its core business platform, Entrata. The purpose of this role is to ensure every team at Peak is getting the maximum value out of our core software: configurations are optimized, workflows are standardized across properties, new features are evaluated and rolled out thoughtfully, and users across the organization have the support they need to work efficiently. We are prioritizing raw talent and mindset over prior platform-specific experience. The ideal candidate is someone who loves the challenge of mastering complex software, sees workflows as puzzles to solve, gets energy from connecting software features together to eliminate manual work, learns new systems quickly by experimenting with them, breaking them, and rebuilding them, and thinks in systems, not one-off fixes. Direct experience with Entrata is a plus but not required. If you have deeply mastered a comparable business platform — CRM, ERP, accounting, marketing automation, field service, or similar — and can show how you made an organization better because of it, we want to talk.

Requirements
