Imagine yourself as part of one of the most dynamic companies in the healthcare technology industry today! QHR Technologies, a Loblaw Company, is leading the way in Canadian healthcare technology, by providing solutions that enrich healthcare professionals’ practices and improve the quality of care delivered to all Canadians across the country. We are looking for talented, inspired, and motivated people to join our incredible team and experience a workplace culture that stands above the rest! Competitive salaries and generous perks are just a few of the reasons that QHR has been voted one of BC's Top Employers and Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for many years running. We deliver a comprehensive suite of technologies to enable secure medical record management and office automation for clinical and consumer environments. Our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software Accuro®EMR has the largest adoption in Canada and serves thousands of practitioners and millions of patients. Our consumer and pharmacy platforms leverage that market penetration and connect healthcare providers to their patients and pharmacies. POSITION SUMMARY Accuro EMR provides integration options for third‑party vendors and clients to deliver new capabilities on top of the Accuro platform, supported by strong governance to balance growth, security, privacy, and innovation. As the leader of Platform Services & Integrations (PSI), you are responsible for the delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of QHR’s integration services, including the use of native Accuro APIs, FHIR APIs, and HL7 interfaces. This role oversees the full lifecycle of integrations—from partner onboarding to conformance testing, compliance monitoring, and operational support. Leading a small, high‑performing team, you will ensure Accuro’s integrator onboarding and support experiences are monitored and improved to enable scalable, secure integrations that deliver ongoing value to customers and end users. The Manager provides people leadership, operational accountability, and service ownership for the PSI portfolio, enabling internal teams, partners, and customers to integrate with QHR platforms efficiently and reliably. The PSI team operates as a service‑delivery organization focused on reliable, efficient, and compliant enablement of integration services. The team prioritizes operational stability and consistent delivery throughput while reducing bespoke integrations, service variance, and operational risk. This role ensures integrations run smoothly at scale, strengthens repeatable processes, and clarifies day‑to‑day ownership for the delivery and support of integration services across the organization. The PSI team also brings a product‑aligned mindset that plays a key part in advocating for interoperability and integrator needs across the QHR portfolio.
