About The Position

The Platform Professional Services Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Tigunia’s Platform services and products. This role involves Project Management of scopes, timelines, and resources/contributors to ensure successful delivery of platform products and services. Additionally, the role functions as operational lead of the Professional Services team and ensuring adherence to Tigunia’s Core Values.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in project management in the IT sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Ability to see the big picture and set goals to align with the Tigunia’s and partner’s vision.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to handle the dynamic nature of IT, Platform projects and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Understanding of IT platforms, product and services development lifecycle, and current industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project statement of work and initiatives.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, resources and/or contributors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project communications.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Allocate and manage resources/contributors in line with project needs.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and project reports.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of project management tools and processes.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets and expenditures.
  • Identify training and skills needs and opportunities for team development.
