About The Position

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities used across product teams. The role defines what to build and why, then brings Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance together to deliver measurable results. The capabilities are intended to be reusable across products and new markets, helping the company deliver more efficiently. The Product Manager will guide capabilities from initial problem discovery through adoption, develop an understanding of health-plan operations, and ensure solutions fit payer workflows. The role prioritizes the needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy; defines API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies; contributes to architecture discussions; and drives cross-team plans, risk management, decisions, and deliverables. It also includes executive and stakeholder communications and responsibility for contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including HIPAA protections for PHI. The role uses AI and emerging technologies while maintaining sound judgment, data integrity, and compliance. Quest Analytics is a remote-first organization offering a choice of remote, hybrid, or in-office work. Employees must work from the location disclosed during hiring, and relocations require advance approval. Preferred work locations are in the listed U.S. states. Visa sponsorship is unavailable, and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
