Platform Operations Manager, Strategic Vendor

Ingram MicroBuffalo, NY
$56,000 - $89,600

About The Position

The Global Platform Operations Manager will own the operational relationship with Ingram Micro's top strategic platform vendors on Xvantage™, serving as the primary point of operational ownership between the vendor, the Global Platform Group, and regional and country teams. This role drives the global vendor experience end-to-end — identifying immediate opportunities to drive automation and leverage the platform, owning business requirements and BRDs for platform features, and shaping the collective Vendor + Ingram Micro roadmap to influence what vendors build. This individual ensures the organization speaks with one voice to each vendor, demonstrates continuous and measurable progress against a global operations plan, and leads regular operational reviews (QBRs) with vendors and leadership. The Global Platform Operations Manager aligns engagement to the top 12 strategic vendors and their evolving priorities, masters each vendor's go-to-market strategy at regional and global levels, and assesses the current vendor experience while defining the target state as the business evolves. This role is central to driving alignment across GVE, Regions, and Countries on the Xvantage strategy — anchored by a global operations plan and roadmap for every vendor.
