About The Position
The Photopolymer Plate Maker 1 is an entry role in the plate department. This position is responsible for the overall physical imaging process of Flexographic printing plates, quality and the maintenance program.
Requirements
- High school Diploma required
- Knowledge of MS Office and Zoho
- Stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities
- Processing plates per customer specs, information provided in ZOHO as well as ensuring all plates meet our strict quality standards.
- Works with the production supervisor to maintain quality, efficiency, reduce waste and meet customer deadlines.
- Conduct comprehensive QC on all imaged photopolymer and package plates for shipping.
- Continues progression of 5S and show incremental improvements on monthly audits. Attends necessary meetings to aid production flow, quality development and completes continual learning training.
- Adheres to established safety and training regarding corporate goals and expectations. Completes continual learning training throughout the year.
