UPF is seeking mechanically inclined individuals who want to learn a new skill and contribute to their team. The company manufactures lightweight poly water tanks used in fire apparatus across North America, helping fire departments carry more water and respond more effectively. UPF is a leader in the fire industry and is expanding into industrial, transportation, and custom-engineered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform plastic welding operations on a variety of products and components
  • Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
  • Assemble products according to quality and production standards
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Assist with layout, assembly, and other production-related tasks
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
