About The Position
A multi-location aesthetic surgery group on Florida's eastern coast is seeking a board-certified facial plastic surgeon for one of its accredited surgical centers. The surgeon will perform facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty in on-site operating rooms while serving as medical director over clinical quality, safety standards, and the surgical team. The role includes a competitive compensation package built on base salary, commission, and equity participation, plus PTO and a matched 401(k).
Requirements
- Established experience in facial aesthetic surgery, including rhinoplasty
- Board certification in facial plastic surgery or plastic surgery
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
- Leadership ability to guide clinical quality and safety programs
- Familiarity with accredited office-based operating room standards
- Polished communication and patient-experience focus
