Requirements

• Prior consultative-sales experience in a plastic surgery practice, with a focus on appointment conversion and patient relationship building.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding monthly performance or production goals in a high-volume setting.
• Professional demeanor, strong empathy, and discretion when handling sensitive patient information and financial conversations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons and clinical staff.
• Proficiency with EMR, practice-management systems, and CRM tools.
