Requirements
- Strong, friendly, and outgoing personality with a passion for patient care and building lasting relationships.
- Highly organized and self‑motivated with exceptional time‑management skills and the ability to manage a busy surgical schedule.
- Comfortable documenting patient interactions and consultations in an EMR system while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experienced in plastic surgery workflows, including consultations, pre‑op visits, and post‑surgical follow‑up coordination.
- Skilled at clear, empathetic communication, including explaining procedures, answering questions, and helping patients feel informed and confident in their choices.
- Ability to act as a patient concierge.
