Physician| Plastic Surgeon (Southern California)
About The Position
City of Hope is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Plastic Surgeon to join the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, at clinical sites in Duarte, Glendora, Upland, and Corona in Southern California. The surgeon will support the institute’s clinical and research programs and provide patient-centered care in collaboration with a nationally recognized multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses at a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic facility. Clinical work will include complex reconstructive cases, with APP support. Research and administrative time will be defined and supported based on the candidate’s background and qualifications. The position reports to the Division Chief of Plastic Surgery.
Requirements
- M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery.
- Fellowship training in reconstructive microsurgery.
- Must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses.
- Care for complex reconstructive cases.
- Support the clinical and research programs.
- Support quality and safety while maintaining clinical excellence and innovation.
