About The Position

Swan Center for Plastic Surgery, a well-established practice in Atlanta for over 30 years, is seeking a talented Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) plastic surgeon to join their busy private practice. Specializing in 100% aesthetic plastic surgery of the breast, body, and face, this role offers high-quality services within a boutique model and a private JCAHO accredited surgery center. The surgeon will act as a key health advocate, informing and empowering patients to feel more confident about their appearance. The practice emphasizes a collaborative team environment with a strong focus on patient experience, results, and safety. Swan has partnered with United Aesthetics Alliance (UAA), a growing private equity-backed platform dedicated to empowering medical professionals in plastic surgery and med spa practices nationwide.

Requirements

• BC/BE plastic surgeon
• 3+ years of experience in facial, breast, and body surgical experience required
• Excellent bedside manner and ability to train to follow all safety protocols
• Ability to ramp quickly

Nice To Haves

• Established patient base strongly preferred
• Bilingual a strong plus
