About The Position

Piller Aimmco, a leading plastic injection molding facility in Washougal, WA is hiring Machine Operators to join our growing team! No experience is required - we'll train you and help you build a rewarding career in the plastics industry! As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining regular attendance
• Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
• Available to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Basic reading, math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we provide training

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently
• Inspect and package plastic parts
• Perform basic measurements and quality checks
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Document production output and quality checks
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
