Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong math and measuring skills (including fractions and tape measure usage).
• Good communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Detail-oriented.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Mechanically inclined (familiarity with general power tools is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Create a wide range of custom plastic products, from small enclosures to large chemical tanks.
• Work with various plastics tailored to specific industries and applications.
• Learn and apply precision plastic machining and fabrication techniques.
• Adhere to German DVS PersZert® welding standards.
• Ensure products meet NSF approval and other strict industry requirements.
