About The Position

IBI Clinic is expanding across Georgia and Florida and is hiring a Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon to work within an established, scalable practice platform. The role offers existing patient flow, marketing and patient-acquisition infrastructure, operational support, and access to multiple locations, allowing the surgeon to focus on clinical work and practice growth.

The surgeon will perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures as well as injectables, fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments. The position also involves consultations and treatment planning, pre- and post-operative management, and collaboration with clinical and operations teams to support patient flow, volume, and efficiency. Florida locations include Hudson and Tampa. Georgia locations include Loganville, Alpharetta, and Brookhaven.

Requirements

• MD or DO.
• Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency.
• Active Florida medical license.

Nice To Haves

• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Two or more years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience.
• ASC experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures.
• Provide injectables, fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage patients before and after surgery.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to drive volume and efficiency.
• Work across multiple clinic locations as applicable.
