Requirements

• Experience operating mobile equipment (or are eager to learn!).
• Put safety first—every shift, every task.
• Don't mind getting your hands dirty and enjoy physical work.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Are comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
• Are dependable, hardworking, and willing to work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operating equipment like skid loaders, mini-excavators, backhoes, telehandlers, and water trucks.
• Performing general maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks.
• Working safely while following all company and regulatory safety standards.
• Tackling hands-on labor including loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and keeping the plant in top shape.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Jumping in wherever needed to support the team.
