The Plant/Shop Laborer assists and takes direction from the Plant/Shop Manager and/or the Shop Foreman, as needed in their day-to day-operations. Duties include performing simple mechanical equipment repair and maintenance tasks for the shop and plant. He/she is responsible for delivery of parts and task work as required, in addition to loading and unloading trailers to support the various projects.

Requirements

Ability to perform simple mechanical equipment repairs
Ability to identify most mechanical and electrical rig components
Ability to operate a fork lift
Valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Construction Experience a plus
Warehouse Experience a plus

Responsibilities

Assists and takes direction from the Plant/Shop Manager and/or the Shop Foreman, as needed in their day-to day-operations.
Performs simple mechanical equipment repair and maintenance tasks for the shop and plant.
Responsible for delivery of parts and task work as required.
Loads and unloads trailers to support the various projects.
